The Board of Trustees Selects New Management Company
For Capitol City Golf Club Estates


On Thursday November 30, 2017 President Larry Dittloff signed a one-year management agreement on behalf of the Capitol City Golf Club Estates Home Owners Association with VIS Group, Inc. of Lacey, WA to manage the affairs of our HOA. They will replace Vantage Community Management whose agreement with the Association is set to expire at the end of December 2017.

VIS will begin full time on January 1, 2018. In the interim, they will be working with Vantage Management and the Board of Trustees in transferring all documents, accounts and the like into their system.

The Board felt that changing our management company at this time was a natural step. Jane Bradley, Trustee and longtime Board member, summed it up nicely by saying that our Association was like a young first home buyer when it contracted with Vantage in 2015 but that it was now time to move forward and upward as our needs and expectations are far greater than they were in 2015. Randy Luke, Treasurer for the CCGCE, also said that Vantage did a great job when they took over in straightening out our financials and giving the Board and the Association a systemic approach to the job.
